CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME AND ADRENAL BURNOUT RELIEF

 Feeling a little tired or burnt out? Loads of people I am speaking to and who are coming in for sessions are asking for relief from these conditions. So I thought I'd put pen to paper again and share what we have been offering.  I try to offer a selection of choices because I know everybody has a different bias for healing techniques/modalities/mediums that they feel will work for their body.  So here goes...   1. Coconut oil  - 3-4 tablespoons a day, use it as butter/cooking oil if you don't like it straight, rubbing it into your skin is not quite enough for CFS. Eumundi Medicine Man - Ayurvedic medicine  has been beneficial for many different 'illnesses' my wife and I have experienced. You can have a session at the Eumundi Markets or Palmwoods to determine your bodies requirements.   4. Redox molecules by ASEA  - comes in water and skin replenishing gel. There are many testimonials online and Doctor verified case studies about the importance of adding redox molecules back into the body especially as your body ages. Taking both the gel and water is the best option, but only the gel available in australia at this stage. In small quantities, the gel can be taken orally with similar results.
