Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DSMO) is an organosulfur compound with the formula C₂H₆OS.  This colourless liquid is an important polar aprotic solvent that dissolves both polar and non-polar compounds and is miscible in a wide range of organic solvents as well as water. It has a distinctive property of penetrating the skin very readily, which within moments can be tasted. Its taste has been described as strong garlic/sulphur like.

Please Note: Pure DMSO will begin to crystallize in cooler temperatures below 20°C.  This is completely natural and will not affect benefits.  Simply stand the bottle in warm water for about 20 minutes followed by a quick shake and DMSO will re-liquefy.
