Feeling a little tired or burnt out? Loads of people I am speaking to and who are coming in for sessions are asking for relief from these conditions. So I thought I'd put pen to paper again and share what we have been offering.
I try to offer a selection of choices because I know everybody has a different bias for healing techniques/modalities/mediums that they feel will work fo ..

What's not to love about the deep healing benefits of the long flowing strokes of the Kahuna Massage?
Enjoy the view from the go pro camera on my head so you get to see what I see when I massage. I use a blend of organic coconut oil and macadamia oil to nurture the skin, adding in vital nutrients, moisture and collagen to help with keeping the skin firm and youthful.

Waking up in Brisbane after a full day of Kahuna Massaging to the sounds of traffic and morning commuters - not my idea of bliss or nurturing! Lucky its only once a fortnight. Drinking water is always first on my nurture list. To sit and ponder the day ahead by myself is a rare gem I only get to do in Brisbane, for that I am truly grateful for.
My running shoes are staring at me. ..

Most days I am blessed with flexible timing - my work day can be adjusted with ease, so if I feel the urge to go for a run, walk or juice at a moments notice, I can. Not today though. I leave for Brisbane at 8am with back to back clients until 9.30pm. It's a big day and I plan it that way. I've discovered over the years that I am better off working for a few days really intensively a ..

Running trough the Noosa National Park is one of the highlights of my week but today I was feeling like something a little flatter. So I choose to run from Noosa Waters, in Noosaville to Hasting Street, Noosa Heads. Lucky for me I didn't check how far it was before I left. What I thought would be a flat 8-ish kilometres turned into a 12km+ run. It is very flat and mostly shaded thoug ..

The serenity of yoga on the beach at noosa, waves gently lapping the shore line creating a lulling 'Om' sound of their own. The ebb and flow similar to the long flowing strokes of a decadent Lomi Lomi Massage with hands and forearms gently caressing your body. The warm oil nourishes your skin as it soaks into the cells. The soft music lulling you off into a deep sleep..."DAD!!!"

Aahhh Yoga on the Beach at Little Cove so nurturing for the body & soul...but not for today! Sometimes the most nurturing think you can do is....nothing. Upon awakening this morning, after a little sleep in, my body felt pleasantly exhausted. After five days of nurturing and intensive movement, rest was on the cards.
I love lazy sundays. One of the most nourishing things I ca ..

Bliss - a state of being defined as 'perfect happiness, oblivious of everything else'. One of the reasons I called my business 'Body Bliss Massage'. If you haven't already, add receiving a Kahuna massage to your bucket list. The long flowing strokes and deep healing energy imparted with this Hawaiian rights of passage massage will really help you bliss out. And not just for a few hou ..

With an unusual start to my day, a session of yoga at Yoga Wave with Jasmine was the first way my body was asking to be nurtured. Unusual why? Because I am not normally a morning yoga person. I love to get up and run or walk... but Yoga? I prefer to do yoga in the early evening when most of the day is done and I can breathe, unwind and stretch it out. I also find I am more flexible ..
