Cacao Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

Coconut Oil - 1 table spoon

Macadamia Nuts - 1/2 cup

Cacao Powder - 2 table spoons

Cacao Nibs - 1 table spoon

Coconut chips/Desicated Coconut - 2 table spoons

Maca powder - 1 teaspoon

Medjool Dates - 12

Hemp Seads - 1 table spoon

Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons (add at end)

Method:

Add to food processor - Macadamia nuts (about 1/2 cup) and coconut oil (about a tablespoon)

Blend until mushy

Add all other ingredients - use quantities to your liking of taste and texture (only a small amount of Maca is recommended otherwise they will taste like dirt!) I never measure anything, so they are never the same texture.

If you like them a bit crunchy, blend everything except nibs and chips, add these in last so they aren’t as cut up.

Blend until the mixture is like cookie dough

Add Chia Seeds and mix in with spoon, roll into balls and refrigerate

Serve cold for a chewy, delicious healthy snack!
